• Cancellation terms are within 24hours, full charges apply​

• Validity of personal training packages is double the planned time frame. For example if 10 sessions are purchased for use over 5 weeks, then validity is 10 weeks. ​

• Group training packages are valid for the current training block​

• Agreeing to attend a group class by whatsapp is confirmation of booking and payment. Cancellation terms are within 24 hours, otherwise full charges apply

• Payment for packages to be completed in advance by direct bank transfer or via PayPay whereby a 4% charge is added for HK customers or a 4.5% charge is added for overseas customers
